Christian Chang
Age 36, 5 feet 9, 135 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. Chang has 31 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Mililani area.
Chang is wanted on a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to appear for his sentencing on Feb. 8, 2022.
On April 9, 2020, a Honolulu Police Department officer observed a male on a motorcycle commit
a traffic infraction. The officer stopped the male and later discovered that the motorcycle had been reported stolen on Oct. 25, 2019, from the Waipahu area. The male, who was identified as Chang, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Fitorain Tiriten
Age 29, 5 feet 9, 135 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Tiriten has three prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Tiriten is wanted on a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Dec. 23, 2020, the complainant was asleep in her home in the Kalihi area when she was alerted by an alarm that someone had entered her home. The complainant later discovered that items had been taken. Police were notified and through the investi- gation, the suspect was identified as Tiriten. He was later located and placed under arrest for first-degree burglary.
Tommy Power, featured here Dec. 15, 2021, was arrested at approximately 3:35 p.m. on Jan. 24 at Kaukonahau Road and Hukilau Loop for his $11,000 bench warrant.

Sasha Makahi, featured here Feb. 2 was arrested at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 7 at Farrington Highway and Moloalo Street for her two contempt warrants totaling $40,000.
