high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning
dance workout. Benefits include a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. The first hour
is followed by an optional 15-minute workout with squats, lunges, jumps and stronger moves.
