Age 45, 6 feet 6, 230 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes. Rice has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On March 16, the complainant discovered fraud- ulent activities on his bank account. He later dis- covered that a male had entered several locations of Central Pacific Bank and fraudulently withdrew money from his account by using his debit card and driver’s license, which were stolen from him. Police were notified and, through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Rice. He is now wanted for a $20,000 warrant of arrest for four counts of identity theft in the second degree, four counts
of forgery in the second degree, three counts
of theft in the second degree and two counts of unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
         Kateni Hikila
Age 36, 5 feet 8, 178 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Hikila has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Hau‘ula and Lā‘ie areas.
Hikila is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Hawai‘i Drug Court.
At approximately 11 a.m. July 30, 2011, a witness observed an unknown male breaking into his neigh- bor’s home in the Lā‘ie area. The witness detained the male and asked what he was doing there, at which time the male stated that he was there to steal items. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Hikila under arrest for first-degree burglary.
Donovan Calarruda, featured here Oct. 27, was arrested at approximately 11:45 a.m. Nov. 9 at 2464 California Ave. for his $20,000 bench warrant.
Nathan Carter-Souza, featured here May 19, was arrested at approximate- ly 10:25 a.m. Nov. 11 at 92-0271 Farrington Hwy. for his $25,000 pro- bation revocation warrant.
