Celebrating Hawai‘i’s ‘Music Man’
Dear Chadwick,
OCTOBER 27, 2021 MIDWEEK 7
     Dear Darah,
I believe that music plays a pivotal role in the development of children. Studies have shown that par- ticipation in music leads to increased cognitive develop- ment. Music also spurs emo- tional and behavioral growth and affects the overall health and well-being of students. With all these positive effects that music has, I’d like to thank Hawai‘i’s own “Music Man” for his extraordinary work in promoting music education here in our islands.
