       Peter Picanco
Age 51, 5-foot-11, 200 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Picanco has 14 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kāne‘ohe area.
Picanco is wanted for a $40,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for his status review hearing on Sept. 13.
At about 12:25 a.m. Oct. 15, 2018, a Honolulu Police Department officer observed a male driving a backhoe in a reckless manner on Kahekili Highway. The officer tried to stop the driver, but he refused and eventually collided into a tree and fled on foot. Officers were able to locate him nearby. It was later discovered that the backhoe had just been stolen from a nearby construction site. The male, who was identified as Picanco, was subsequently placed under arrest for un- authorized control of a propelled vehicle.
  Isaac Hoopai
Age 45, 5-foot-6, 179 pounds, brown eyes, black hair. Hoopai has 26 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae area.
Hoopai is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench war- rant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Hawai‘i Drug Court.
At about 10 p.m. Dec. 13, 2013, the complainant discovered that someone had broken into her vehicle in
the Wai‘anae area. She then discovered a male sleeping
in the grass next to a backpack containing several of the complainant’s items. The complainant and her friends ques- tioned the male at which time he confessed to breaking into the vehicle and taking their property. Police were notified and placed the male, identified as Hoopai, under arrest for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the first degree.
