Age 53, 5-foot-2, 187 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Pacheco has 20 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Pacheco is wanted for an $11,000 probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of her probation. On Sept.
7, 2011, the complainant parked his bicycle on
the sidewalk area fronting Central Pacific Bank
on Ke‘eaumoku Street. Upon exiting the bank, he observed a female riding away on his bicycle and gave chase. He was able to catch up to the female and retrieve his bike, but the female attempted to flee
on another bicycle that was nearby. Police arrived on scene and placed the female, who was identified as Pacheco, under arrest for theft in the second degree.
Jordan Laybon, featured here Aug. 4, was arrested Aug. 31 at approximately 12:10 p.m. at Kala- kaua Avenue and Phil- ip Street, for his five contempt warrants totaling $100,000.

Age 39, 5-foot-2, 114 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Matsushita-Tisalona has 17 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Matsushita-Tisalona is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On June 5, 2012, at about 5:41 p.m., a loss pre- vention officer for the Iwilei Kmart store observed a male select and conceal various items. The male then exited the store without making payment for the items. When the loss prevention officer stopped the male outside of the store, the male physically assaulted the loss prevention officer and fled with the items. Police were notified, and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Mat- sushita-Tisalona. He was later located and placed under arrest for robbery in the second degree.
