Terry completed our home- buyer education classes and applied the knowledge from our program. Not only was he able to buy a home, but it was also a short distance to his son’s school and his work- place, which opened doors to activities for his son. The best part of his homeownership path was Terry surprising his son with their new home a few days before Christmas with all of their friends being part of the home unveiling with a Christmas tree and welcome-home banner.

Earlier this year, we launched the HOPE program (Homeownership is Possible for Everyone) with a $25,000 grant and in partnership with the Honolulu Board of RE- ALTORS.
