          Crazy Rich Asians actor Henry Golding takes a superhero turn with his latest flick, Snake Eyes. The film follows the origin story of the G.I. Joe character and is meant to serve as a relaunch of the
franchise. In addition to Golding, the movie co-stars this actor, who’s known for his lead role in Warrior, a series based on an original idea by Bruce Lee.
Eleven-time Grammy Award-winning songstress Taylor Swift has been engrossed in the rerecording of her masters — Red (Taylor’s Version) is due Nov. 19 and includes eight unreleased tunes. A busy Ryan Reynolds has completed three films: Free Guy, with Jodie Comer, Netflix’s Red Notice with Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot, and The Adam Project with Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo and Zoe Saldana, opening in theaters Nov. 12. Reynolds also stars in Apple TV’s film Spirited, which began filming July 6. It also features Octavia Spencer and this
actor, who once played an overgrown elf in a Christmas family film.
Released 25 years ago this week, the charming golf rom-com Tin Cup was a hit with audiences from tee-off to final putt. Starring Kevin Costner, Rene Russo and Cheech Marin, the film even scored big with its soundtrack, thanks to the music of Bruce Hornsby, Los Lobos, Shawn Colvin, Jimmie Vaughan and Texas Tornados, a Tejano supergroup that performed the movie’s Grammy-nominated opening song. Since vaqueros started placing throwaway cuts of beef over an open flame and serving them in tortillas in the 1930s, the Tex-Mex fajita has been a sizzling favorite of many with its fresh vegetables and condiments such as green peppers, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Suffice to say, there’s still no better way to “wrap” up your day than with a fajita.
