his Friday and Saturday (July 30-31), the New Baby Fair takes over Windward Mall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering products and supplies for expectant
parents and ‘ohana with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. “We’ve been producing baby events at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center for the past 24 years, but due to COVID-19, and the closing of large venues, we’ve had to adapt like many other businesses in Hawai‘i,” says organizer Anna Lau-Parish of
 Family Expositions.
On the list of local vendors is Liliko‘i Love Hawai‘i (lilikoi-
lovehawaii.com), a small business owned by Hawai‘i Kai’s Tiffany Takata, who established the company — which sells face masks, matching outfits and hair bows — in 2019 with her 90-year-old grandma.
“‘Ohana is a core value of my company so my focus is on products that bring the family closer together. We are excited to share that we are expecting our second baby this fall — and it’s a boy! So, we will be coming out with matching
boy’s clothing for the family,” Takata adds.
