Pete Castillejos leads the Honolulu office of USA Mortgage. He brings more than 15 years of industry experience to this role. Prior to joining USA Mortgage, Castillejos represented CMG Fi- nancial and opened the firm’s first offices in the state. Castillejos also serves as president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawai‘i.
Kristina Clark is senior director of system nursing practice and quality, and associate chief nursing officer at The Queen’s Medical Center. She will provide oversight of systemwide inter- professional practice, quality and patient safety, performance and competency, clinical education and professional development, research and evidence-based practice, and more.
Scott Nakagawa is director of the Center of Excellence at Business Solution Technologies. He is responsible for overseeing and growing the project management office team, advancing the use of practices for client projects, and working closely with clients. Nakagawa is currently working with The Queen’s Health Systems as a program manager.

Jaelene Ka‘a‘a-Swain has been appointed financial controller at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikīkī Beach Resort. In this role, she will supervise and direct the daily financial activities of the resort, and will play a key role in maintaining internal controls, among other responsibilities. Ka‘a‘a-Swain earned her degrees from Chaminade University.
Dr. Samuel Evans has been named governor of the American College of Physicians’ Hawai‘i chapter. Those who sit on the board of governors implement national projects, and representing members at the national level. They are elected by local ACP members to serve four-year terms. Evans is an internist and pulmonologist at Hawai‘i Pacific Health.
Sharlene Ginoza-Lee has been promoted to executive vice president at Bank of Hawai‘i. She is responsible for leading and managing all areas of the bank’s people services division, including compensation and benefits, employee development programs, and more. Ginoza- Lee first joined the bank’s human resources department in 1994.
