Children and adults are invited to glaze raku tea bowls and have them fired by volunteer potters during a community kiln event at The ARTS at Marks Garage. The special activity is being held in conjunction with the monthlong collaborative exhibition “Out In The Elements,” which is pre- sented by Hawai‘i Craftsmen’s Raku Ho‘olaule‘a and Plein Air Painters of Hawai‘i.

musicians performing at the 51st annual ‘Uku- lele Festival Hawai‘i, which will be broadcast live from Ala Moana Hotel. The festival’s 2021 Legacy Award will also be presented posthumously to the late Willie K, who died last year.
