Age 55, 5-foot-8, 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Hong has 29 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and ‘Aiea areas.
Hong is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his HOPE probation.
On July 25, 2017, at approximately 2:45 p.m., the victim was in the first level of her Pearl City home when she heard noises coming from the second floor. When the victim checked, she ob- served an unknown male walking around. When the victim confronted the male, he fled with some of her property. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was iden- tified as Hong. He was later located and placed under arrest for first-degree burglary.
Chris Martinez
Age 21, 6-foot, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Martinez has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Martinez is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his drug court.
At about noon Jan. 12, 2018, Honolulu Police Department officers responded to a call about a sus- picious male tampering with a moped in the Kāheka area. Responding officers located a male pushing
a moped on the sidewalk. When the male saw the officers, he leaned the moped onto a parking meter and walked away from it. Officers detained the male and contacted the owner of the moped, who informed them that his moped had been stolen from his parking structure. The male, who was identified as Martinez, was placed under arrest for second-degree theft.
Alexander Velez, featured here May 5, had his warrant recalled and is no longer wanted.
