EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Seeking individual to coordinate with the 5 member unions, advocate for the unionized construction industry, and represent the Alliance before governmental bodies, agencies, and commissions.
Major Duties include:
• Coordinate Executive Board and subcommittee meetings
• Manage the day-to-day administrative duties of the Alliance
• Draft, analyze and/or present legislation, amendments and testimony,
and perform legislative and regulatory advocacy
Required Qualifications:
• Committed to the strengthening of the labor movement and labor unions • Able to analyze and interpret legislation, regulations and legal documents
Desired Experience: Proficiency with simple accounting and QuickBooks; requires use of a personal vehicle; and able to work a variable schedule as necessary (occasional nights or weekends).
Excellent salary and generous benefit package including fully paid Medical and Dental plans, 401(k) plan, sick leave, and paid vacation.
