Slip the second triangle between the first piece, creating a five-point star. Place a piece of double-stick tape in between the layers to keep the shape intact.

Take the second square paper, right side facing down, place on point and fold in half, creating a triangle. Crease well. Fold in half again to make a smaller triangle. Crease well.

Use the finished star as a deco- ration, like in a banner. To make a lei, slip a quarter in the center fold and use a glue dot to hold it in place. Slide the stars into the 3-inch poly tubing and tie rib- bon in between.
