All participants are asked to share a video or photo of themselves performing any type of water activity — such as surfing, bodyboard- ing, snorkeling or taking the plunge in a swimming pool — by April 24.
Participants can take the plunge by planning a day to “sea” their favorite beach or going diving, boating, surf- ing, or even taking a dip in the swimming pool if they’ d prefer. Plungers are asked to send photos or a 60-sec- ond, horizontal video clip of themselves performing their “Paradise Plunge” via wetransfer.com to develop- ment@sohawaii.org.
“We continue to be amazed by the enthusiasm and dedication of our sup- porters who always rise to the challenge to help us raise funds for our athletes,” states Special Olympics Ha- wai‘i’s director of develop- ment Tracey Bender. “It is because of their unwavering support that we are able to continue providing pro- grams for our athletes at no cost.”

             Dear Hearts,
Some people think they know whatsup based solely on what they see.
Take for example a customer screaming and cursing like a wild banshee.
Most would think that this person is just a jerk. But who knows? Maybe he just got laid off from work?
Don’t assume that you know
Or you will fail to grow.
Have the desire to discover in a calm fashion. And for crying out loud have some compassion!
