• FEAST The commu- nity can support the Lee- ward Community College culinary arts program while indulging in a holiday feast with a Thanksgiving Grab- N-Go fundraising event. Complete meals are on sale, with pickup from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 24 (Wednesday) at the Leeward CC parking lot.
The cost is $250 per meal for six people (plus a $13.57 Eventbrite fee), and $50 is tax-deductible. Presale only is available through Nov. 17 at lccthanksgiving2021. eventbrite.com. It includes whole roast turkey and gra- vy, Madeira glazed ham with pineapple and lilikoi sauce, local ‘ulu sausage stuffing and sautéed green beans with bacon and toasted almonds. Also in the lineup are citrus cranberry sauce, sweet and savory swirl of mashed po- tatoes, ube butter rolls, and kabocha pumpkin pie topped with Italian meringue.
