• FUNDRAISER The Pearl City Highlands El- ementary School PTA, PEACHES Kōkua Hui, will be partnering with Habilitat for a Christmas fundraiser. Online orders will be open from now through Oct. 22, and people can choose from different sizes of Christmas trees and wreaths. Habilitat will mail tickets Nov. 8 and the pickup is on Dec. 4 at six
different sites. The PTA helps the school by raising funds to support the staff, teachers and keiki at the school. The community can place orders at hawaiichristmastrees.com.

• HUL A Moanalua Gar- dens Foundation announces that Leeward residents can tune into the Prince Lot Hula Festival, Hawai’i’s largest non-competitive hula cele- bration from 7 to 9 p.m. on KHON2. The theme is E HuliAloIKaUluLāUaAo Ē, with the rising of the sun, a new day dawns. New event sponsors are Kamehameha Schools and Central Pacific Bank. The festival honors Prince Lot Kapuāiwa. • HALLOWEEN Pearl- ridge Center will celebrate Halloween with a Trunk-or- Treat. The event is a no-cost, 100% contact-free Hallow- een drive-thru parade from 6 to 8 p.m. Keiki must be pre-registered to participate. It will take place on the roof- top parking area of Pearl- ridge’s Wai Makai. Guests will remain in their vehicles, while slowly cruising along. In addition, the center is also asking families to bring their recyclable bottles and cans to support Bottles4College, a project of local teen Gens- hu Price, which aims to help provide scholarships for de- serving Hawai‘i kids.
