“From a family standpoint, management with relatives makes things go smoother and avoids conflicting purposes,” he shares. “It’s a great job for my children but it also means hard work, too. I am very proud of our family, and my goal is to leave them with a fun and pros- perous business to run in the future.”
“Parents can sit down without their kids running out the door,” says Hayami.
“The fulfilling part is the kids,” he says about what he loves most about his job. “You see all these kids with a big smile on their face.
