Asecret sauce makes everything taste good. Do you have one? I have several. Before I share one of
my favorites, I want to talk about a
secret sauce for life.
Ava is a purebred Pomera- nian who just turned 1 on March 31 (she’s an Aries). She loves carrots and her human mom and dad. She is very observant and when you scratch her hind thighs near her tail, she does a cute booty twerk.
I received some much-needed guidance and clarity this morn- ing. My spirit told me I had been looking for happiness outside of myself. I’d been waiting for something to happen, like getting my own cooking show, having my videos go viral, earning an abundant living doing what I love. The list goes on and on. The recipe I’d been following
in my head was: I’ll be happy when (fill in the blank) — and I have a lot of blanks to fill in.

The guidance I received is that hap-
piness comes from within. You generate
it yourself. So don’t wait for something to make you happy; be happy now. That sounds simple but is actually life changing.
Instead of saying, “I have to (fill in the blank)” say, “I get to (fill in the blank).” Transform “I have to work” to “I get to work.” Can you feel the difference? Think of what you get to do as an opportunity.
