HOP was founded in 2002 as a sports per- formance and rehab facility serving the gener- al public and athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals and Olympic-cali- ber performers. Located at 1212 Punahou St. in Egan’s Bootcamp, HOP is a one-stop shop for sports performance and rehabilitation. Clients proclaim they feel stronger and more confident in their movements and experience less pain after treatment.

Ross and Chang are certified athletic trainers and licensed massage therapists. Chang is also a certified strength and conditioning spe- cialist.
