HOP was founded in 2002 as a sports per- formance and rehab facility serving the gener- al public and athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals and Olympic-cali- ber performers. Located at 1212 Punahou St. in Egan’s Bootcamp, HOP is a one-stop shop for sports performance and rehabilitation. Clients proclaim they feel stronger and more confident in their movements and experience less pain after treatment.
