New Year’s Noise Can Lead To Missing Pets
The New Year holiday is typically a time for celebra- tions and family get-togeth- ers. Even though O‘ahu has strict laws surrounding fire- works, it inevitably becomes a very noisy time of the year — and this can be scary for pets and “paw”-rents.
