 Girls Scouts of Hawai‘i has kicked off the year’s cookie sea- son. East O‘ahu residents can support local Girl Scout entrepre- neurs by purchasing some sweet treats.

Due to the COVID-19 pan- demic, Girl Scouts are again selling cookies in socially distant and contact-free ways to ensure the safety of themselves, as well as their customers.
Every purchase fuels local Girl Scouts’ adventures throughout the year, whether it’s taking action on issues they care about or discov- ering their passion. According to Girl Scouts, through its cookie program, girls can earn Cookie Business badges, which introduce them to the world of entrepreneur- ship and business acumen.
With a new national collabora- tion with DoorDash, consumers can conveniently purchase cook- ies for on-demand delivery or for pickup at a nearby booth.
