U.S Army Leader Passes The Colors
(Below) Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Oliver II provides heartfelt remarks to ceremony guests as he relinquished his responsibilities as the senior enlisted adviser of U.S. Army Garrison Hawai‘i. Col. Dan Misigoy, commander of U.S. Army Garrison Hawai‘i, hosted the March 25 relinquishment ceremony, which took place at Wheeler Army Airfield in Central O‘ahu. Dozens of fellow leaders attended the event. In his departing remarks, Oliver thanked his fellow sergeant majors for their unwavering support to the soldiers and their families through the pandemic and the recent efforts assisting families from Āliamanu Military Reservation and Red Hill communities.
