  Town Center of Mil- ilani will host safe drive-thru Hallow- een treat-or-treating from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 30. It will take place in the parking lot between Longs Drugs and Times Supermar- ket. Kids can dress in cos- tumes to pick up their special treat bag filled with Hallow- een candy, stickers and tem- porary tattoos, while sup- plies last. The center is also holding an online Halloween costume contest on its Insta- gram page. Three winners will be chosen, one from each age group (newborn-3 years old, 4-8 years old and 9-12 years old). They will receive a $50 gift card to one of the following merchants: Baskin Robbins, Walmart or Fun Factory. The deadline to enter is 11:59 p.m. Oct. 31.
