Wahiawā Hosts A Virtual Bon Dance

Wahiawā Hongwanji Mission will hold a virtual bon dance this year starting at 6 p.m. June 26 (Satur- day). Visit wahiawashin- buddhists.org or Wahiawā Hongwanji Bon Dance team’s Facebook page to view the event.
This year, the mission will add two new activities to the obon experience. The first is a drive-by bento “fun-raiser,” offering three different choices of meals: a meat bento, a vegetarian bento or a nishime bento. Call the temple office for an order form. Bento drive-by pickup at the temple will take place 4:30-5:30 p.m. June 26.
