     Three graduating se- niors from Central O‘ahu and the North Shore have been recently named Citizen-Scholars for their outstanding perfor- mance in the classroom and the community. They in- clude Kaeddie De Voyard of Leilehua High School, who will enroll at Southern Adventist University; Ange- lina Dulay of Mililani High School, who will attend University of Portland; and Kaile Oleyar of Waialua High & Intermediate School, who plans to attend Univer- sity of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
