Effie is a 7-year-old Labrador/hound mix who is full of love and affection. She was rescued in Ewa Beach after being abandoned, and is now seeking a permanent home. It may take her a while to warm up, but she gets along with most other dogs. She is up-to-date with all of her shots, heart-worm prevention and flea prevention, and also has been micro-chipped.
