Last week over dinner at Sabrina’s, I reminisced and renewed a 40-years-plus friendship with Buddy Brundo and wife Susan, owners of Conway Recording Studios in Hollywood. Buddy was a big part of the production of local hits by Keola and Kapono Beamer, The Ali’is, Kalapana, The Krush, Loyal Garner, Cecilio and Kapono and Don Ho, to name a few.
