Salvation Army Luncheon
The Salvation Army held its Partners in Community Service awards luncheon March 14 at Hawaii Prince Hotel. The evening’s honored Outstanding Partners in Community Service were Honolulu Star-Advertiser president and publisher Dennis Francis, Linda Rich of Family Treatment Services, president and CEO of real estate development company GMR LLC Philip Russell, and Larry Williams, who has directed operations for Salvation Army’s Addiction Treatment Services for the past three decades.
