Law Enforcement Pooches Get New Safety Vests
Gov. Neil Abercrombie and state Sheriff Robin Nagamine (left) share a light moment as K9 dog Enzo greets his handler, Sheriff Deputy Randy Silva, at Washington Place. The occasion was a ceremony unveiling bullet- and stab-proof vests for the department's five K9 deputies.
