KLAH Celebrates 110 Years Of Korean Immigration To U.S.
In celebration of the 110th anniversary of Korean immigration to the United States, Korean Literature Association of Hawaii (KLAH) presented a poetry and art exhibition Sept. 5-19 at City Hall. Gov. Neil Abercrombie proclaimed Sept. 12 Korean Literature Association of Hawaii Day. The exhibition was supported by beautiful ikebana from the Japanese sogetsu flower arrangement team led by Maki Takushi.
