Personalized IT Solutions

Leading trends in business technology — cloud computing, systems integration, electronic file storage — require greater security and reliability now more than ever before. This is not a job you can afford to leave to your office manager who is “good with computers.” From the threat of cyber attacks and data breaches to the need for 24/7 accessibility, Pacxa’s IT professionals are well equipped to address a variety of customer concerns with customized technology solutions.

Since the company’s formation in 2012, Pacxa’s revenue has skyrocketed. It provides outsourced IT support services, networking solutions, strategic consulting, cloud computing hosting and management, colocation services, server setup and monitoring, security solutions and more. Under the leadership of former City & County of Honolulu Chief Information Officer Gordon Bruce, now our chairman and CEO, we’ve grown to become the largest locally based IT solutions firm in Hawaii, with the state’s only Microsoft Virtual Technology specialist and Oracle Platinum Partner consulting group.

The Pacxa approach is simple: We evaluate each business’s budget, timeframe, goals and working style, and we work to implement solutions that will fit. A one-man shop may value saving time and money, while a 1,000-employee enterprise may focus on secure and reliable technology — or vice versa.

The most important outcome of our growth is that it has enabled us to continue to offer high-level technology jobs to keep young and skilled engineers and IT specialists in Hawaii and to bring local talent back to our state. Millennials make up a big part of our work-force because of the flexible work schedule and benefits we offer.

Pacxa also is active in the community, supporting Hawaii Foodbank, American Heart Association and doing cleanups in neighborhood parks. Whether it’s doing good for the community or other Hawaii companies, Pacxa is all about making a difference.
