Introduction To Reiki

Hikes & Tours

 

Honouliuli Preserve Hike

Honouliuli Preserve, 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., $10. Join the Nature Conservancy today on its hike along the Kaluaa Loop Trail. This three mile hike is considered moderate and begins gradually uphill. The trail includes a steep downhill section. Reservations required. (587-6220)

Sunday Hike

Meet at Iolani Palace, 8 a.m., $2 donation from non-members. Join the Hawaiian Trail and Mountain Club this morning on its hike at Tripler. This 12 mile hike is reccomended for advanced hikers. Trail begins at the Tripler Hospital parking lot and travels along a ridge and can be windy at the summit. (674-1459 or 596-4864)

Bluegrass Open Mic

Festival Of Giving

Mistletoe Magic

Ballet Hawaii presents today’s special holiday shopping event, “Mistletoe Magic.” For sale are a series of three foot tall artificial Christmas trees decorated by noted artists, vendors also present holiday ware, handbags, Santa Clause figures from around the world, fashions, jewelry and more. Reader’s Theatre

Richardson Theatre, Fort Shafter, 2 p.m., $6 at door for non-season ticket holders. “The Retreat From Moscow” premieres today as the latest Army Community Theatre “Reader’s Theatre” production. Enjoy this tale of a married couple that is in trouble when the husband leaves for a younger woman. Performances are held on Nov. 20. 27 and Dec. 4. (438-4480)
