More Than Just A Printer

President of Obun Hawaii Inc.
Celebrating more than 40 years of service, Obun Hawaii Inc. cherishes the perpetual partnerships it has fostered with a broad spectrum of businesses and organizations throughout the state. We also value community service – volunteering our time and resources to various charitable organizations. All this is in keeping with our mission: to share the joy of communications.
Our slogan, “We Print … and more!” aptly describes what we do. We are not simply about taking orders to print on paper. We are all about supporting and consulting our clients in all aspects of their print communications needs. Our goal is to engage our clients in a values-driven experience of high standards of quality, coupled with proactive customer service and efficiency. Our services include traditional commercial offset print, innovative digital print – featuring personalized direct mail, large-format production such as posters and banners, mail preparation and processing, creative services – with a specialty in Japanese translation, and other premier services. Also, fulfillment services include product warehouse, inventory and distribution.
Our client base is wide ranging: retail, travel, health care, financial, educational, insurance, nonprofits and government. Our services also extend to general consumers, who often stop by for personal orders such as invitations, thank-you cards, banners and posters. A unique service we provide with sensitivity and compassion is producing printed programs for funeral services for families experiencing the loss of a loved one.
With more than 100 years of combined experiences, our family of employees is passionate about hard work and customer satisfaction. Obun Hawaii Inc. is one of more than a dozen diverse companies owned by aio, a family of businesses – including publishing and printing, technology, broadcast media, sports and food.
