Keiki Camps At Sea Life Park

Sea Life Park and Kama’aina Kids will offer summer programs for grades K-6 that open the whole of the park and all its marine-life offerings to eager campers.

Six one-week camps are planned for June 2-6, 16-20 and 23-27, and July 7-11, 14-18 and 21-25. The action starts at 8 a.m., but campers may be picked up and dropped off between 6 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. Stingray encounters, dolphin discoveries, educational sessions and shows at the park’s Hawaii Ocean Theatre and Dolphin Cove are in the plans, as well as access to the park’s general activities.

Fee is $220 per week, with a discount to Kama’aina Kids summer package enrollees. A transportation fee of $60 applies with pickup points at Ben Parker, Hahaione and Waimalu Elementary schools, Mililani Tech Park and Voyager PCS.

Early registration ends May 9; a $25 late fee will apply to any reservations made after that date. To register online or print out application forms, visit kamaainakids.com.

Also ahead is the family overnighter Slumber at Sea Life Park, and the park’s internships and adult volunteer opportunities. Visit sealifeparkhawaii.com or call 259-2513 for more information.
