KAILUA ELKS AWARDS BANQUET
Kailua Elks Lodge recently hosted an awards banquet to recognize the Windward Police Officer and Firefighter of the Year, as determined by their superiors. The program also included scholarship presentations to six Windward Oahu high school students, and recognized its Elk of the Year and Elks Officer of the Year.
