House Of Aria Opens Downtown

House of Aria boutique has opened a second location in downtown Honolulu at 1140 Bethel St. (next to Super Citizen). To kick off its grand opening, the store is hosting a fashion show for VIP shoppers and special guests from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Doors will open to the public from 7:30 to 10 p.m. The event will showcase a wide range of brands, such as Ark & Co., Blk Mrqt, Lush, Audrey 3+1, Everly, Oliverious, Solemio, Enti and more. Also, the first 50 shoppers will receive swag bags, and guests can enjoy a dessert and wine bar, as well as a photo booth picture to keep. Project Runway Casting Call

Do you have what it takes to be the next top fashion designer? Do you want a chance to show your fashion designs during New York Fashion Week? Do you want to win $100,000 to launch your own fashion line? Well, Project Runway is now casting. Deadline to receive applications is March 15. In past seasons of Project Runway, young island designers Andy South of Waianae (pictured above with host Tim Gunn), Jay Nicolas Sario of Mililani and Ivy Higa of Kona beat out thousands of applicants for a spot on the show.
