Connie Eligio Wins A $250 Spree At Ben Franklin Crafts

Connie Eligio is making a butterfly magnet and needed to exchange one of her craft supplies, so on Thursday, she took a trip to Ben Franklin Crafts in Pearl City.

As she left the store at 10:30 a.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached Connie with a simple question. She answered correctly and instantly won a $250 spree.

“I like shopping at Ben Franklin because it’s convenient and the employees are nice and helpful,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a housewife. “And anything I want is here.”

Connie, a 1952 graduate of Kahuku High School, lives in Kunia and has four grown daughters, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys making crafts, cooking and going to her senior club on Fridays. She also likes to read MidWeek.

“I like to look at the advertisements,” she said. “And I like to look at the pictures to see if I know someone.”
