Jocelyn Alo has been named OIA Red East softball co-Player of the Year.

Senior teammate Kina Kaowili was picked for the First Team as a utility player. The team finished at 4-9.

* Kailua, which finished 6-7, placed second baseman Delcie Williams and shortstop Robi Lono on the Red East First Team. Both are sophomores. Senior outfielder Gigi Murray made the Second Team, while teammate Leilani Lastimosa earned Honorable Mention.

* Castle had a pair of Second Team picks in junior second baseman Paige Matsuki and junior third baseman Darrien Dacosin. The Knights finished 6-7. Honorable Mentions went to Chelsie Kam-Aweau, Brandee Lane, Shea Keaunui and Asia Igafo.

* In Division II, Kalaheo’s Jacqui Howard earned Honorable Mention.
