Business Leaders on the Move in Hawaii – 6/11/14

Raymond W. "Bill" WilsonRaymond W. “Bill” Wilson has been appointed executive vice president and chief risk officer for both Central Pacific Financial Corp. (parent company of Central Pacific Bank) and CPB. He now is responsible for overseeing the newly consolidated risk management areas of the bank, including Credit Administration, Retail Credit, Legal, Compliance, BSA, Information Security, Fraud Mitigation and Internal Audit.
Ruth BolanRuth Bolan has been named president of Hawaii Theatre Center, effective June 16. She moved to Hawaii in 1996 to raise her family, and became the executive director of ‘Ohi’a Productions, the nonprofit theatre company founded by the late Lisa Matsumoto. Most recently she was managing director of external affairs at Teach for America Hawaii. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University and later completed Harvard Business School’s High Potentials Leadership Program and Stanford University’s Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders.
Casie McKinneyCasie McKinney has been hired as assistant brand manager with Hawaiian Host. She will assist with the planning and development of regional branding and marketing efforts for the Americas Region. She also is now responsible for assisting with development of the sales and marketing annual plans, consumer marketing programs, public relations, trade/promotional programs, advertising, market research and budget management, and also will work with sales managers and brokers as needed.
Aaron HortonAaron Horton has been hired as a document control engineer on the Honolulu Rail maintenance and storage facility (MSF) project with Kiewit Building Group Inc. Horton will oversee the control and release of engineering documents and records to manufacturing and other operating departments for the MSF project. His duties also include managing changes to engineering documents, and maintaining database and record updates.
Phyllis S.K. LookPhyllis S.K. Look has been appointed director of marketing with Hawaii Public Radio. She will provide marketing leadership and develop strategies for branding and promotion of the station’s statewide services across nine stations and 11 frequencies, the Internet and social media. She also will coordinate HPR’s major live productions. She most recently served as marketing and communications manager for University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Campus Services division.
