Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii – 9/4/13

Matthew Chang has been named director of loyalty marketing with Hawaiian Airlines. He now is responsible for developing strategies and initiatives that will expand the airlines’ network for its HawaiianMiles members. Chang has 18 years of marketing experience, and prior to joining the company, he held various senior marketing management positions at major U.S. corporations.
William “Bill” Tarulli has joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as marketing manager. He now will oversee marketing for both profit and support centers, including the five CBP offices, in-house call center, relocation, concierge, bank-owned properties and online marketing programs. Prior to joining CBP, Tarulli led marketing efforts at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as its marketing manager.
Judy Schevtchuk has joined Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert as a family law attorney. With experience in both traditional family and non-traditional family law matters, Schevtchuk brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm and its clients in a rapidly evolving legal field. Prior to joining Damon Key, she served as a deputy prosecutor and attorney at another Honolulu firm.
Lynette Landry has been appointed dean of Hawaii Pacific University’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She now will consult with the university to begin work on immediate issues and prepare for a successful transition at the end of the year. Prior to joining HPU, Landy was director of the School of Nursing at San Francisco State University for the past three years and a nursing professional in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past two decades.
Harris Ichida has joined GRYLT as general manager. He will oversee the staff and performance of all current restaurants and operations. Ichida’s responsibilities include creating and streamlining store operations and procedures, as well as facilitating future brand growth. He has more than 24 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
