Guns, Gloves On Lanikai Stage

It’s a trip to the Old West for Lanikai Mortgage Players’ fall production of Possessed in the West, or The Gunslinger Wore Dainty Lace Gloves with performances beginning Nov. 7.

The play focuses on the drama that ensues in the bar on a stagecoach in Nevada in 1875. Showtime is 8 p.m. Nov. 7-9 and Nov. 14-16 at Shreve Theater in Lanikai Community Center, followed by the traditional olio (variety show). Tickets cost $7 and include free popcorn.

Brenda-Lee Hillebrenner directs the production, which stars Barbara Coriell, Diane Craven, Edie Feldman, Kalia Ferri, Lew Lappert, Kiriana Lawrence, Keith Merriam, Carol Nichols, Courtney Nichols and Mark Stitham. Roger Tansley is the producer.
