Lex Brodie’s was founded in Hawaii in 1961. With five convenient locations (Queen Street, Kalihi, Pearlridge, Waipahu and Kaneohe), we are here and ready to serve our customers in neighborhoods where they live, work and play.

Lex Brodie’s has a long legacy passed down from Lex, and our company continues to grow and flourish because of our dedicated team of employees.

Just as we sincerely care about our customers, we also care about our team’s well-being and want it to be as healthy as possible.

Our healthy team can continue to help our customers’ vehicles to be healthy, as well!

To help encourage healthy lifestyles, we recently opened our Lex Brodie’s Employee Appreciation Cave — also known as the Caveman Fit Club — at our Queen Street location.

The 2,400-square-foot Caveman Fit Club houses a variety of fitness equipment to provide easy access to the team from all our locations.

A cool focal point of the club is a scale that was used at the Queen Street location since the 1960s.

It was a different era then; Lex himself used to weigh our employees and encouraged them to get healthy if they gained weight!

Lex, who lived until he was 98 years old, was a role model for healthy living and surfed up to age 90.

Huge kudos to UHA Health Insurance, our long-time insurer, which helped us to refocus on employee wellness.

To UHA and all of our customers, our Lex Brodie’s ohana “Thanks you very much!”
