Nini Maxey picks out an angel in memory of her mother, Verena, who recently passed away. The angels are made by multi-media artist Tamsen Fox with philodendron sheaths from sacred Waimea Valley, and were for sale among the many booths at the annual Lanikai Christmas Craft Faire.
