Focus on Central Oahu

Andrew enjoys a good rub behind his ear by Anna Battle, a volunteer for Oahu SPCA pet adoption at Breakers Restaurant & Bar. The eatery hosted Puppy Bowl Feb. 5, a fundraiser for SPCA.
