Sewing and Holiday Ornament Workshop

Book Sale
Friends of Hawaii Kai Library Bookstore, through December, 12:30-4 p.m. Mondays, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays. During December all adult and children’s craft and hobby books are half price. The Friends’ bookstore is located in the library basement. (397-5833)

Children’s Storytime
Kaimuki Public Library, Sundays through Dec. 15, 10:30-11 a.m., free. Children in preschool and older, accompanied by a parent or caregiver, are invited to listen to stories, participate in finger plays and rhymes, and make-and-take home a small craft to help them remember the day’s story.
