Publication Date: April 12, 2006Seagull Schools held a ground-breaking and blessing ceremony March 25 for its Ewa Beach preschool campus, and it came not a moment too soon. “Our Kapolei site is at capacity, and we got 30 calls a day there when we first opened,” says executive director Chuck Larson. “Now we’re getting 50 calls a day. There is an overwhelming need for child care in Kapolei, and Ewa Beach is even worse.”
