Sisters Brandy Antonelis and Cheryl DeAngelo (pictured at right) share a passion for fashion and have teamed up to open Adoracion, a new boutique in Manoa offering “rockstar clothing” for men, women and children.

“What makes our store different is that it’s really personalized,” says DeAngelo. “We style (the customer) from top to bottom.”

DeAngelo, 35, also owns Ola restaurant at Turtle Bay Resort with husband Fred DeAngelo. And Antonelis, 29, owns Naupaka Caterers and Culinary Flight (an airline catering business) with husband Troy Antonelis.

“After our businesses with our husbands settled, we were able to do our own thing,”explains DeAngelo, who along with Antonelis was born and raised in Nanakuli and graduated from Kamehameha Schools. “And when we had our kids, we decided to fit our love of clothes and provide really cool, hip clothing for not just adults, but for kids as well.”

The store, which opened Oct. 1, carries many of today’s hottest brands including (for men) Fender, Doctrine, Jimi Hendrix Collection, Sovereign-T, and Citron; (for women) Chili Pepper, Whish, Muchacha, Ingwa Melero, Interlud and Silver; and (for kids) Ed Hardy, Kid’s Ink, Knuckleheads, Hula Mula, Charlie Rocket and Trunk.

Adoracion is located at Manoa Marketplace (2752 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 5-215). For more information, call 988-7232.
