Consular Corps Of Hawaii Inaugural Ball
The Consular Corps of Hawaii held its inaugural ball Feb. 15 in the Monarch Room at Royal Hawaiian Hotel. The night awarded the 2013 Distinguished Service Medal to retired Adm. R.J. “Zap” Zlatoper, USN, and Dr. Lawrence K.W. Tseu, DDS, Ph.D., (Hon.) FAGD.
