Aloha Kidney
Castle Medical Center’s Wellness Center Auditorium, July 22-Aug. 26, 5-7 p.m., free. A six-part education program for patients with stage 4, 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease who are not on dialysis, taught by nephrologist Ramona Wong, M.D. Better understand chronic kidney disease and how to better care for yourself and your kidneys. Dahn Yoga

Japanese Flower Arranging – Ikebana Sogetsu

Use aesthetic awareness to assemble materials, choosing its most beautiful aspects, assemble them in different order and endow them with a value transcending that which they had in nature. Mind Body Mix
